Josh Groban Concert Report Part II:
The Concert and Meeting Lucia

So after Courtney and I get told by Dennis that we can leave we are sort of reluctant to leave. I
mean, what can top off meeting Josh? Courtney and I are still sorta shocked because we can't
belive we just met..well Josh! And we kept talking about how nice and sweet he was! So
Courtney, her boyfriend, my mum, and I go out of the backstage area and we say by and hug
each other and go find out seats. Courtney didn't have floor seats and mum and I did. So we sit
and I'm looking around and I am shocked. There are a lot of good seats in the best section still
available!!! So we sit down and these five people get out and three girls move. Now at the Verizon
Center it's grouped into six sections three being in the front and four being in the back on the floor
so it really determines how well you see at a concert because the floor seats aren't raised, at all.
So my mother and I move down and we're on the aisle. I'm excited because that means Josh might
come down that aisle, but I wasn't getting my hopes up.

So soon Angelique comes on. And I wasn't prepared to really enjoy her. I LOVE LOVE LOVE all
types of music so I knew I was most likely going to enjoy at least some of her songs, but no. I
loved all of her songs! She had such energy and she had such a wonderful message when she
sang lyrics that I understood. She asked how we were and there was some mumering and it
wasn't very loud. So she "oh you can do better than that! Now I'm going to ask you again, 'How
Are you?" and then it erupted. What was annoying was that people kept getting up to get food
or something, which was seriously annoying. However, soon before her last song she talked
about how it's up to us to change the world how this particular song was a reflection of her
country that people don't get to see. How her country is full of life. She taught us some lyrics and
said that we had to "blow away" all the other places they'd gone on the tour. She started to
dance and I heard a bunch of whistles's 'cause she got really into it. It was wonderful! haha. So
then the VERY last song she said "Now I'm teaching Josh how to dance. *screams from the
crowd* And He's getting pretty good at it and I told him that he had to dance with me during the
concert. He didn't want to do it. *crowd laughs* But he said, "Angelique, if you get them to
dance I'll dance too." So I want you all to stand up and dance! Now get out of those seats and
just stand up. I dont' care if you aren't dancing, just sit up!" So everyone started to get up and I
was one of the first people. So she gets into that song to and soon she leaves with saying "THANK YOU D.C." Then there is a fifteen minute intermission and I notice that the first row in section two in the back is STILL free, but........A SECURITY PERSON IS THERE!!! So that was annoying. So a few minutes before Josh comes the people who moved at the beginning of Angelique came back and looked at us like "Why the heck did they take our seats?" Me-"Because you freakin' moved!" So we move and we see that there are two people who just came who weren't sitting by us before hand who are taking up two seats and ....they smell. Bad. Real bad. So we move to section five near the aile where there are a lot of free seats and that's so much better. So I get my glow stick out and I start waving it, because I feel like it. =)

And then....the lights went down and people started screaming. Soon the first note of YAL came on and I screamed. I couldn't belive it. FINALLY, I was at a Josh Groban concert. So Josh starts to sing and everyone is looking like "Where is he?" Of course I knew tha the was behind that wonderful curtain underneath the floor just waiting to pop up! So the curtain goes up during the "Don't give up....because you are...........LOVED" and Josh pops up and EVERYONE goes CRAZY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

!!!!!!!!!! And Josh is smiling and everything just goes crazy! It was wonderful! =) So he sing YAL and he moves about the stage, which I thought was wonderful considering how there were people on the side and he got to go over there a lot. That was cool! So he then says "Thank you" and goes right into Mai. He sing that and that last falsetto...omg! It was...it was just amazing. I think the whole audience was silent during that last note, i know I was. It was just so perfect and so...haunting and mysterious that I just loved it soo much. So he says "thank you! It's so great to be back in D.C. We loved D.C. on the first tour and now it's just so great to be back here. " He then talked, and I seriously cannot remember what he said, but I went into "Un Dia Llegara" and said that it was a spanish song. So he sang that and then said "Muchos Gracias." Then, I believe he went onto sing "So She Dances", which was really pretty and I loved how you could REALLY hear Lucia's playing. It was wonderous! So then he sat down and he said, "Now that song was called So She Dances. And I loved finding this song because it's this wonderful love song and it's one of those songs, guys know what I'm talking about, where they put in a CD and say, 'Yeah..this is how I feel about you. What Josh says.' *crowd laughs* But I always thought the title was strange. So....she dances. It was just this weird title and I picture this guy with a cigar saying 'Nooo.....let her dance. No no no let her dance. So....she....dances'. So When I thought of that I Laughed, and laughed, and laughed. *he laughed* And it took us 16 takes until we got it fully recorded because I just couldn't stop laughing. *everyone in the crowd laughs* See. I tell you this after the song so you aren't laughing throughout the entire song like I did."

"WE LOVE YOU JOSH!!!" someone in the crowd screams.
Josh-"Aww! I love you too!"
"WE LOVE YOU MORE!!!"more people in a different part of the crowd scream
Josh-"I love you too! Equally as much as the other." *crowd laughs*

Then he went onto talking about February Song and he began to sang it. Now this is the first song that made me cry during the concert. I cried four times to this is talled as one. It was beautiful and I loved how they incorporated the music video thing with the light. So it was just beautiful. Then he went into "Now Or Never" i think.....but don't quote me on that.

All is that he was wonderful! He went back and forth on the stage and he had so much energy and he was grooving on the stage and he shook people's hands that were out stretched from the stage and on the left and right side as well.

Somewhere between that, Alexander Collette started playing the beginning of "Un Giorno Per Noi". She was....amazing! She was very similar to Lucia in the way she plays with passion. I really enjoyed her! So somewhere then again Josh left after introducing Lucia (in which I screamed because I find Lucia amazing since I play the violin!). So Josh left and Lucia came on stage and began playing the Sibelius Violin Concerto which on her album "Music from a Farther Room" is called Aurora. And I couldn't keep my eyes off of her. That piece is REALLY REALLY hard to play and it involves so many different things you need to do (I've tried playing it..I can only get through about 25 measures before I die). Right from the last note she went straight to Kashmir. And oh boy! The WHOLE Crowd got into it and was probably shocked that a violinistc ould be so energetic! Lucia moved throughout the stage and moved up and down and she even moved to sorta duel with Tariq as she played. It was really awesome! When she ended her first note the whole Verizon Center exploded into tremendous cheers and screamed! I jumped up and down and I was the first to stand up! I couldn't contain how amazing she was. She bowed in that way she does with her violin and bow in hand and putting her hands together. Oh! And she was barefoot! =)

So then the beginning piano part came for "In Her Eyes". Now everyone was wondering where he was. I was looking around and then! THEN He sang "She" and I turned and there he was! Up on the high place that was where I could see him and he was wearing a white collared long sleeved shirt and jeans and he was holding hands. He was walking down and the whole crowd once again went well...crazy! So at one point he stopped and said "I awake every morning with YOUR strength by my side." And he sang to someone. Then a bunch of people got up so I did too and I saw two girls about my age going up and looking and squeeing and going crazy. Then t he security person told us to go back and I asked the girl "did he touch you?" she said, "Oh no. But I don't care!! OMG." It was so awesome! So then he got on stage and finished the song. Then he began the first part of "Pearls" and Angelique came back on stage and they were at opposite sides of the stage and they slowly moved towards one another. Their voices blended SO well together. Just oh it was awesome!! So when they finished the song there were cheers and they bowed. Then here's what happened: (this is probably out of order but this did happen)

Angelique-Josh. Josh. You promised you would dance with me. And I got them to dance. We had a deal.
Josh- I know I know. I am getting better though!
Angelique- yes you are! Now come on! Move your hips. *she takes Josh's hand*
Josh-Okay. Like this?
Angelique- Yes that's great! Okay now move your shoulders.
Angelique singing- "Whatcha going to do? Oh Whatcha going to do?Whatcha going to do when I come home with you?"
Josh singing- "I'm going to go home and look like an idiot!" *i burst into laughter*
[Angelique stops swaying her hips and just looks at the crowd like "Oh what are we going to do with him." Josh is still sorta swaying his hips and he turns to her and stops and just laughs. Then Angelique bends backwards and laughs too
Angelique- *laughing as she looks at Josh who's laughing too and begins to move her shoulders and her hips.
Josh- See I don't know how she does it! Every beat has it's own move. All I can do are my shoulders. *Then Angelique moves in front of him and begins to shake her butt.
Josh- Are we getting dirty now? ( Josh looks like he doesn't know what to do and he then moves so he's facing her butt and begins to do the UNCE UNCE thing.)
Josh- What?
Angelique- I think someone unbuttoned you.
Josh- Oh. Yeah I guess they did.
Angelique- Oh oh. Josh, i think someone's trying to get you undressed *Josh laughs*..oopsie!
Josh- Oopsie!

And i can't remember which song he went to next, but I'll try and highlight the funny bits from each song as they come to me. Seriously, this concert is all a blur.

February Song- He sang this after "She Dances"
And then somewhere he sings the other songs and "Not While I'm Around" comes up. So the first three rows went up and Josh looked and say "Oh, hello!" And then he pretending that someone had jerked his foot to sit down and he did. So then he said "oh hello!" again and began to sign things and he got this funny purple bunny that winds up so Josh said "unce unce unce" while it was walking on the stage. Then he got something from Monty Python and he said "OH! I love Monty Python! NONE SHALL PASS. Thanks!" Then he began to talk about how he sang "Not While I'm Around" with Barbra Cook and how he got to sing for Andrew Lloyd Webber and I screamed when he said Sondheim and Webber and he said "THEATHER DORKS!" haha. It was cute! So then while he sang he signed a bunch of things. At the end he said, "don't worry! i wont' forget you....No I won't sign your baby.....Now don't get that tattooed (when referring to signing someone's arm). Now it's just an X (makes a slashing sound). "

So somewhere between then he began to sit down at the piano. I believe the next song was "AWAKE". And it had to be because I remember. YES! It was. OKay anyways. He sat down and he said "unce unce. the new josh groban concert tour UNCE UNCE" it was hilarious.
Josh- You guys have been so great! *screaming from crowd* It's almost over!* screaming NOOOOOOOOOOOO from crowd* We don't to leave! *screaming in approval* Hmm...well I guess we could stay! *screams* I have three albums worth of stuff to do. And the husbands in the back are going "Oh Jesus Christ". So then he began to talk about AWAKE.

If you read my first concert report you read that I gave Josh cheerios when I met him asking him to sing Awake. And He did!! He dedicated the song to the people he visited at Walter Reid and how strong they were and he dedicated it to the ones who came back and to the ones that are still over there. I just burst into tears. That song has meant so much to me. I cannot listen to it without starting to cry a bit and he sang it so beautifully. Now I know he didnt' sing it FOR me or BECAUSE OF me but I felt somewhere that he was singing it for me. That those cheerios really did help! And I was sobbing (as I had for RWIR). I couldn't stop crying. It is THE only song that has made me cry everytime I listen to it and it is a song that touches my heartstrings. It has powerful lyrics and..well you get the picture. That song just means a lot.

So somewhere between then he goes and sings Lullaby and Weeping and he talks about meeting Nelson Mandella and his trip to South Africa. That made me cry too.

Soon afterwards he sang Machine which was....well it was awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Then he went off stage and came back on to do Alla Luce Del Sole. (he did Canto Alla VIta during the concert too). He left and people screamed and he came back on sporting a Washinton Wizards Jersey and began sanging You Raise me Up after Lucia played. It was wonderful!!

So after the concert I didn't want to leave. I just really didn't. So we had to leave eventually and this one woman and her mom were going up the steps and they were talking about how great it was and how nice he seemed and I said, "OH! He is SOO Nice! I got to meet him." She looked at me like "OMG". So she said, "WOW! That's wonderful! how did you get to meet him?"
Me-"I won a contest to re-design the cover."
Her-"You designed the cover?"
Me-"Oh no no! I just re-designed the cover for a contest to meet him. He was SO nice! And I hugged him twice and he was just wonderful."
So then once we got to the top we parted ways and I went and got my Josh t-shirt. I could only get one since I had to pay my own way for the Meet and Greet so I only had the thirty dollars for ONE josh t-shirt. yeah that was sad. We couldn't find Lucia's CD though....

So then we left after getting my Josh t-shirt and while we were walking we ran into Dia again. I was like "DIA!" And she and I hugged and she asked me how it was meeting Josh and she was so excited for me. Her ride was there so she had to go and I told her I'd keep in touch with her. So then we walked and there was this bus. Now I thought it "might" be Josh's bus but it was in fact the band bus. We ran into Ally on the way walking and her friend and we talked with them and I saw Collette and I jumped out of the cirlce we had made and said, "YOU WERE SO AMAZING! Thank you!" And she smiled and said, "Thank you! And you're welcome" and then she put her cello on the bottom of the bus and got on the bus. I wish I could've gotten her to sign my program, but I think she isn't used to people knowing who she is and wanting her autograph, but I wouldn't know. She was very nice though. So there were all these people near the verizon center garage and Ally and i are wondering, what's going on. So we all go and see and then a bus comes out and we're told that Josh is on it. So we all wave and I jump up and down hoping he'll recognize me! =) So then we are about to leave but then I hear... "Lucia" and I die.

I dropped everything looking for my "Music from a Farther Room" CD and my permanent marker. I mean. I play the violin and she is my favorite violinist along with Joshua Bell and I was searching and searching for my CD and my marker. She was turning to leave and grabbed my stuff and plotted myself down in front of her sorta and grabbed my CD. My mum said "LUCIA" and she turned and noticed me and I said "Wait please! I play the violin and I want you to sign my CD." So I look for my Pen STILL and then I said "oh crap! I can't find my pen!"
Lucia-"Oh no! She can't find her pen!" and she had the most wonderful voice that was so kind.
So someone with a program says, "She can use mine, but you have to sign my program first."
Lucia-"Oh bartering! Gotta love bartering! I'm so bad at it thought. It's really sad."
Me-"oh! that is sad!"
Lucia-"I know!" and then she turns to me! She has the most beautiful eyes and wonderful hair and she sees my CD and looks up at me. I was the only person with her CD. And I said "I play violin too." and she smiled and signed my CD. It says "Love and Wonder. Lucia Micarelli". And i said "THANK YOU" and she said "You are very welcome!"

I was the only one she looked at directly. I think she realized that I really did love her music and that I was the only one with her first CD. I wished my batteries weren't dead from the concert or else I would've taken a picture with her. But she was so nice!!!

So that's really it........end of the show!=) Hope you enjoyed my LONG LONG reports of the D.C. concert! =)

Meeting The Grobanites and Josh

So this is the first part of my concert Report!

So here is my concert....uh... report. With little to nothing of sleep.

Okay so here we go---
So we left 4:15 to go to the Meet and Greet at five. Sadly, there was this random traffic jame. What

was odd was that there was this car that just was on the road and then about five miles after that

the traffic was fine. It was the weirdest thing. To anyone going into D.C. or out of D.C.-- The

Traffic is just...Weird!!! So I didn't get to the Meet and Greet till about 5:45pm.

So we park, and they won't let us park at the Verizon Center place 'cause you need a permit

(aka-Josh's bus is there etc.) so we moved to this other parking lot and we couldn't find a parking

space till three floors down. So we found a parking space and I had my bag and my two CD's and

my Cherrios to give to Josh all ready in my bag worried that I wouldn't remember it. So we look for

Clyde's Gallery Place where the Meet and Greet was and then we found it and I got so excited to

meet everyone!!!! So we get our stuff-T-Shirt, goodie bag, corsage, and name tag. And I look

around and there are all these people that love Josh! And it was just SOO nice! And then I turn

around and look--There's DIA! We've been talking over the AIM for the last three months or so

and we hugged and jumped up and down! It was wonderful! =) So Dia and I basically hungout

the whole time (which wasn't much since we got there late). The only thing that was somewhat

dissapointing was the food. There wasn't very much at all and we had to pay 52 dollars for the

Meet and Greet. That was the only dissapointing thing, but my mum thought it was awful. Sadly,

we won't be going again to a Meet and Greet or just going to smooze. Dia went with me to buy a

Josh Pin for Grobanites for Charity and that made me happy 'cause I really wanted a Josh pin

since I collect pins.

So then a bunch of people find out that I'm the contest winner and they all hug me. Haha. And

Joyce, the person who ran it, goes "Let me take a picture with you!!! You're the winner! You get

to meet Josh." So I laugh and we take a picture and then several other people I get introduced to.

So I go get another coke and there's this young woman whom is talkingn to the guy doing the

drinks and I say, "Hi! What's your name?" Her-"Ally! You?" Me-"Helena!" and we talk and then

she finds out that I won the contest and she was so happy for me! She hugged me and she said

how she was soo happy for me yet a little dissapointed that she didn't win, but still happy for me.

I said, "Oh i'm sorry!!" and she replied with, "Oh gosh! Don't be sorry!! AT ALL!!!" and we

hugged some more!! So then Dia and I took pictures with people and then my mum said, "Helena!

We have to go!" And so I was all excited and Dia had given me a letter for me to give to Josh taht

apologized for crying on him in NYC at the signing (if you didn't read her story back in NOV then

go read it). So then after I left we had to go walk around and stuff and we went to "Will Call "to

go get my back stage tickets (I can't belive I just typed that....SQUEE) and the lady was like

quizzing me while she was getting me my passes. She asked: "How old is he?" Me-"26". "When's

his birthday?" Me-" February 27" "What year?" "1981". And she just laughed. So we got my

stuff and then we met. COURTNEY and her boyfriend!!! She was SOO Nice!!! And her boyfriend

as funny. So anywho--so Courtney and I are there and Wyatt told us to wait for Dennis, the road

manager, but he wasn't there and this idiot named Jim was all like "NO! Stay here" and he was

really rude and he had all these winners who proabably, honestly, didn't even know who Josh

Groban was. There were both radio people and people who knew people who knew people who

knew Josh. It was sorta annoying, but I'll get to that later.

This one woman in back of us asked, "Now, I know you two are fans (Courtney and I) so how

many CD's does he have?" Courtney and I looked at each other like "You should know lady!" But

we answered at the same time "Three". And she said "Oh. I only have to. The Closer one and just

Josh Groban one." My mum asked, "So how did you get to meet him?" Lady- "Well, my

co-worker is the mother in law of...." and I think she said one of the family memebers, but it was

basically just cause she knew someone. And honestly, that bothers me. When people who don't

really know Josh get to meet him. Had I not been a memember of FOJG and won the contest, I

wouldn't have met him at all. And it REALLY REALLY REALLY bothers me when people who

don't appricate Josh like the fans (aka Grobanites) get to meet him because Josh deserves people

who know who he is not just "Oh yeah! He's a great singer. I won a radio contest."

So anyways back to the story---
So Courtney calls Wyatt on her cell and she told Wyatt that Jim was all an ass, Dennis wasn't

there, and that the Will Call was telling us to go to section 103 and blah blah blah. Wyatt told

Courtney to wait for Dennis and that he would get us and that we shouldn't freak out till 7:02pm.

So Courtney and I are still sorta nervous that we won't be able to get through and stuff. So finally

Jim, the ass (gosh I hate him), told us to go stand in line to get through to the concert place and

he was all like, "You have to come with me." He didn't say this nicely anyways. Courtney, My

mum, and I knew he didn't work for Josh because Josh wouldn't hire such jackass. So we were

still confused and WYATT wouldn't pick up his stupid cell phone!!! So we get to section 103 and

we have to wait for a second to have them make sure we actually do have BSP. So then my stupid

foot starts to cramp. And if anyone has ever had that happen to you it....HURTS! So right when

we had to walk backstage it hurt so I was like "OW OW OW". So we get into the "Family Room"

and Courtney, her boyfriend, my mum, and I sit down at the back on this huge red couch. And

Jim is all like, "So does anyone have anything to sign?" And the radio people and the other

people mostly didn't so they raised their hands and got something which was this sorta

cardboard thing that was the cover of Awake and the back it was the clouds thing that said

AWAKE in big letters. See-THESE PEOPLE DIDN'T KNOW JOSH! GRRRRRRRRRRR
So Jim is all like, "So you had a question?"
Us-"Yes. Where's Dennis. We were told to wait for Dennis."
Jim-"Well, you have to wait there. There's nothing I can do. I have to take care of these people.

Maybe they have something special for you guys. I don't know. I have to take care of these

people."
Then Jim says to the other people: "Now we are only going to have you take one picture and I'm

going to take it and I will send you the picture. Remember only one picture and Josh doesn't have

that much time so. Only our picture, none of your own, so put your camera's away." He was

seriously obnoxious. "Oh and be considerate of Josh." I swear he didn't know who Josh was. He

seriously looked like he didn't know who Josh was and he just wasn't the type. Seriously. URGH!
So Courtney and I are STILL lost and then FINALLY we see Brian. And we get all calmed down

because we know that Josh's people are here and that everything is going to be fine now. So Jim

is breaking people into groups to meet Josh and we're last so that's great 'cause I told Courtney,

how that's better because then we get to stay with Josh longer and not be rushed and she said

she hadn't thought of that and that was really smart to think of. So then
the guy who does all the video and stuff for the DVD's comes and he talked to all the people

about how he has to film stuff for the DVD and website. So then he turns to Courtney and I one

the big red couch and he said "you guys had a question for Dennis?"
Courtney- "Yes we do. We were told by Wyatt to wait for Dennis and it's very confusing."
Film Guy (Someone please tell me his name!! I forgot!!)- "Well, I work more closely with Wyatt

than Dennis does. But you're in the right place."
Mum-"Okay thanks! We were just so confused."
Film Guy- "You're welcome!"
Me-"Wait! Are you the one who did the Friday Suprise thing with the bear?"
Him-"Yes! That was me! And don't worry, there's a lot more coming! We have so much coming

up soon"
Me-"Oh yay! Well that was awesome! You're so nice!!!"
Him-"Thanks!"
So then Courtney and I are relaxed and I get out my two CD's and my Cherrios!! =) And Lyne

comes up to us. "Are you the fan winners?" Us-"yes"
"oh it's wonderful to meet you!!" And she was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO nice!
So my mum told Lynn about how I got tickets and my story of How i asked mum if I could stay

home from school and she had said no. So the next day I asked mum if I could stay and again she

said no and she said I almost started crying and Lynne laugh. So then mum goes on and tells her

how I ran home with my violin case and my heavy bookbag and called her school to ask if I could

spend eight more dollars on tickets 'cause she gave me this huge lecture about not using more

than ninety dollars. So mum was like, "yes". So then she told Lynne how then a few minutes later

I called her school again and the Secretary was like, "Helena just wanted to tell you that she got

tickets and that they're good seats." and Lynne loved the story. =) And My mum told her about

Jim and how he was a jerk and she sorta new and she smiled and mum said, "We knew he didnt'

work for Josh because he was a jerk. And Josh doesn't have mean people working with him

because Josh is so nice." Lynne said, "Oh yeah! Josh is REALLY nice! He's wonderful."
Lynne said how it was just nice to meet the fans and how Wyatt sent her the winners so she

could make sure that they hadn't won before and that new people see Josh because Josh loves

seeing new people and faces and how it's just more fair. And then I was like 'You're so nice!!! Can

I give you a hug?" And she said "of course!" And so I hugged her from the couch. She was

SOOO NICE! ANd then before that some guy, I think a manager or something, he saw my camera

and he was like, "What did they say about not taking pictures?" Me-"Well,....I mean Wyatt said

that I could take it." Him-"well you're going to have to put it away." Me-"oh..okay..." and I put it

take that! No one cares!" And so my mum asked him if he was Dennis, and he's like "I'm me."

haha. And then Mum asks "Do you work for Josh?" And he said "I work for money." He was soo

wonderful. So then people are going up to meet Josh and we hear his wonderful "HI". haha. It

was wonderful! =) So then a bunch of people go and then Lynne sais "okay you're guys turn".
So I have all this stuff with me because of the Meet and Greet and my bag with the stuff in it

Lynne's said, "Do you want me to hold that for you? Are you okay?" Me-"yeah I'm fine!

Thanks!!" So Courtney goes first and we laugh 'cause she was like 'You want to go first. *Wink

wink*" haha. She was awesome! So then she gets to meet Josh and she showed him her design

and I was just looking around and seeinghim. OMG! He is SOO skinny! Like in a good way! And

he isn't that tall, like he's tall but he's like 5'7 and I'm 5'6, but yeah. So I put my stuff down next to

the camera/film guy 'cause Lynne said I could and she takes my camera which just happened to

be EXACTLY like Courtney's. Courtney before said, "here's my camera, but we have the same

camera so..." Me-"Fine has the aqua marker on it with my name sorta rubbed off." Lynne looks at

my camera and my name and said "What did you write with it? Crayon?" lol in a funny way. And

I said, "noo...haha. the permanant marker got off...=(" Haha. And she then told me to put my stuff

there. And I got my cherrios and gave CLOSER to my mum and I took AWAKE. So then

Courtney goes out the door and he looks at me and I"m like "HI! Josh!" And he said"HI!"
And I said "it's SOO nice to finally meet you! i've always wanted to mee you!" And he said "Aww

thanks!" And then I said "OH! I have this for you!" And he looks at my cherrios and he has this

O face. ANd I said "I read somewhere and heard somewhere that your parents used to bribe you

with cherrios to sing."
Josh-"Oh yeah! I love Cherrios!! Cherrios!!"
Me-*laughs* "So I brought you cherrios becuse I REALLY want you to sing Awake. Because

that song it just amazing!"
Josh-*gives me a funny face look* Well....we weren't going to do it.
Me-"Oh".
Josh- But since you asked...we'll do it! And you gave me cherrios so now I HAVE to do it!

Thanks! But let's take a picture first!"
Me-"Okay!" (Lynne takes picture)
Josh-So what's your name? (as I hand him my CD)
Me-"Helena"
Josh-"Oh that's a nice name? H-e-l-e-na?
Me-"H-e-l-e-n-a"
Josh-"H-e-l-e-n-a. lol. okay.
Me-You don't want to know my last name...
Josh:"Yes I do! What is it?!"
Me-(for privacy reason I won't tell you my last name...sorry)
Josh:"Where is that from?"
Me-"Hungary."
Josh-"OH! I have friends in Hungary!"
Me-"Awesome!"
So he signs my CD and my mum comes up and she says "Hi I'm the mom"
Josh-"Hi mom" and he laughs and mum gives him the CLOSER CD that is seroiusly beat up
and he looked at it and at the cover and he said
Josh-"Wow! This is really beat up!" *laugh*
Me-"Well, I took it out a lot."
Josh-"That's fantastic!"
Me-"Thanks!"
Mom-"She's come really close to meet you!"
Me-"Yup!"
Josh-"really?"
Me-"yes! I saw Joshua Bellin concert-
Josh-"Such a great guy and so nice and talented!! "*he looked right at me*
Me-"yes!!!! And I shook his hand and I was thinking "Joshus Bell shook Josh Groban's hand!

I've techencially shaken Josh Groban's hand too!"
Josh-*laugh* Of course! It's a milimile away now!"
Me-"Exactly! So yup!"
And I can't remember anything else..I think someone was behind me from the radio or something

and they came late so it made me mad 'cause they made is to I wouldn't be last to have josh.

Damn. But I did get a second hug before I walked out! AH! I wanna take him home and give him

cookies! =)

What should my mum do?

At her school,her colleague gave her the EXACT same gift she gave her last year. EXACT same thing and it's the one that she gave her. She re-gifted it! It's one of those fantastic pop-up books with amazing pictures etc.

My mum is extremely distraught. Plus, it's part of this thing at her school where people are like being mean to her. *sigh*

PotterCast (that's witha CAPTIAL C ladies and gentlemen)

If you are not a Harry Potter fan then may i suggest that you leave now because this blog is all about the lovely podcast PotterCast and if you have not heard of it then I am sorry to say that you are seriously deprived.

I started listening to PotterCast on the very first episode on my computer. At the time I was still being one of the kids that carried a CD player, mind you it was Sony so I wasn't that pathetic. I started listening to it during the summer of 2005 when it started and I was listening to it while doing various things while being at home turning the volume up so I could hear it throughout the house. (Mind you this was when my mum {yes I said 'mum' even though I'm not British I feel like saying MUM} was not in the house). Listening to it on the computer brought much annoyance to my mother (when she got back from teaching summer school) who did does not read the books, even though I have constantly tried to persuade her to read the first book even though I strongly note that she does not like Fantasy books which is actually rather sad. Anyhow, so I began downloading all of the episodes off of the episode, but when the PotterCast trio (well, actually it was Melissa Anelli at the time because, well because she's cool like that) strongly urged fellow listeners to subscribe to PotterCast on iTunes to get them in the top podcasts on iTunes I downloaded it! *SQUEE*
Now on the first episode they asked for listneres to call in asking questions. I most certainly called in with a question. Imagin my utter joy when I heard myself on their podcast. I was extremly thrilled. Sue even said I had asked a "good question". I was squeeing and being uberly happy that they put me on their show, even if it was just a voicemail. So that is basically the whole jist of how I started listening to PotterCast and being an even more dork.
Now, I listen to PotterCast through my lovely new shiney iPod! *SQUEE* (I must say I LOVE it when Sue Squees! It reminds me of myself when I get really excited about something.) I got it for my 16th birthday about two weeks ago on the 28th of Septemember!! *yay for moi!* (PotterCast and MuggleCast [another podcast which is pretty awesome, but they have not been nice enough to have my voicemail on their show *sad face* haha] or the LeakyMug had their LIVE Podcast fro CA!! *squee*) So now I listen to PotterCast via my iPod! For the past two days in English our sub. has let us listen to our iPods and I converted one of my best friends Melissa to PotterCast, she doesn't even listen to MuggleCast (that makes me laugh), but I have convinced her that MuggleCast is fairly close to how good PotterCast is. Although, we both just like listening to PotterCast #42-Three Men and a Dawlish because we love listening to the blooper of Melissa, John, and Sue laughing and Sue going "WEEE", John saying "Show me your grillz", and Melissa telling John to have his brain studied for Science. We have burst into fits of laughter sporadicly because of this. ^^
Pottercast brings every Harry Potter fan what they want which is Humor, Discussion, and interviews with people "making the magic" from the books to the movies. PotterCast can make you laugh. I was having an awful birthday and I plugged in Episode 42 and laughed and got happier. THANKS POTTERCAST!!!
So basically the reason for this blog is because------ POTTERCAST ROCKS and I can spread the word of PotterCast because not only have I gotten one of my friends hooked but TWO! They are extremly excited and always beg to listen to my iPod because I have the PotterCast. haha. ^^
LISTEN TO POTTERCAST IF YOU KNOW WHAT IS GOOD FOR YOU!!!!!!

*note: I am extremly sorry for the lack of editing in this entry. I have no desire running on three hours of sleep to edit a blog entry, sorry PotterCast, please forgive me! *cries* Well, I guess you have to because I listened to PotterCast when I couldn't go to sleep. ^___^
